FISH TACO
These are amazing! The sweet and spicy jalapeño glaze makes these! My husband doesn't even like fish and these are his favorite tacos here.
CHORIQUESO
Delicious dishes and excellent customer service! The Choriqueso, pork rinds, tacos, etc. were all very tasty. The prices are very reasonable and the staff go above and beyond. Good deals on happy hour as well. Looking forward to returning and trying new dishes.
AZTEC BOWL
The aztec bowl is my go-to. It's always good, and now that I have a gluten allergy, its a great alternative to any dish with flour/wheat and it's tastes delicious!
CARNITAS TACO
The Mole Taco was delicious. Simple ingredients, great flavors. I took my food to-go, and it held up for my 150foot walk across the street and even though i got distracted and left one in front of me for over an hour, the tortilla held up and the room temperature food still made me salivate and crave for more ;)
TAKIZA BURRITO
Good tasting burrito smothered with green chili!
ASADA TACO
The Asada Taco was delicious! Delicious flavors and textures. I highly recommend this taco! Pair it with the coin margarita.
MOLE TACO
I feel a little stalker-ish because we were here twice in one day… but all I wanted for Valentine's Day was tacos. 🌮 We've been to Takiza a few times and have always loved it. The mole is rich and flavorful, the mango ceviche is fresh and delicious, and the fish tacos are perfection. Even the hibiscus drink is amazing. Well, my parents were staying with us, and my dad had tacos on his mind too… so naturally, we ordered Takiza again for dinner that same night. 😂 Once again, everything was perfect. This time I added the elote along with the chicken mole, and it did not disappoint. My husband switched it up and tried the enchiladas, which might be our new favorite. We loved that they weren't buried under a mountain of cheese you could actually taste all the flavors. My parents loved it, we loved it (twice in one day loved it), and Takiza continues to never disappoint. We'll absolutely keep coming back.

Here's a polished review you can post: ⸻ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you're looking for authentic Mexican food with incredible ambiance and even better service, this is the spot. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, vibrant, and welcoming — the perfect mix of cozy and lively. And I have to highlight Karinie — she is AMAZING. Truly. Her energy, kindness, and attention to detail made the entire experience unforgettable. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, checked in at just the right times, and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. You can tell she cares deeply about what she does, and it shows. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented — every bite was delicious. But Karinie's outstanding service is what really sets this place apart. We will absolutely be coming back, and we hope to be served by her again!

Absolutely Delish. Having grown up in So Cal and traveling to Central Mexico for work, this is the most authentic Mex food I've had in my 17 years here in CO. This ain't no Tax Need or Southwestern Mex! Prices are a bit high BUT so wish it! I'll be back..l.
